Our Policies

If for some reason you are not happy with the purchase, please let us know so we can do the best to make you feel better!

If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. Please notify within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. If we will consider the products to be defective, a full refund including shipping costs will be made.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost and will not be reimbursed for original shipping cost. Items must be returned in the condition received.

You may return a product within 14 days after receiving it for a full refund.

We make each piece to order in our studio. Please allow 7-14 business days for us to make & ship your purchase. The selected product will be shipped to you by registered air mail via Israel post. We will follow the tracking number to ensure the package arrives to you in time.

We are a small business at the beginning of its journey, we try to do our best to ensure that you receive the product at the highest level and in the most efficient way possible, but there may be delays.

Custom-made orders cannot be refunded. Once the order has been sent by the customer and confirmed by M.A.Y.B.E, the customer will be informed via an order confirmation email. Once the order is processed and accepted, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email. Custom-made items may take more time to make because of the fact that they are produced specifically for the customer, they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Similarly, the customer does not have the right to cancel the order.

+Shipping within Israel: up to 7 business days. +Shipping to the US: 5-10 days business days. +Shipping to Europe and rest of the world: 7-21 business days.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

The package can be delayed in the event of holidays, bad weather, or world pandemics. If you have not received the package after 30 days, please contact us and we will figure it out.
